Repair Update / Upgrade Service
At TVBox Store we have years of experience with all types of TV boxes.
If you are experiencing problems with your existing TV box or your TV box need refurbishment, we are pretty sure we can sort the issue, even if you did not purchase from us, we can still help and have all your apps running smoothly again.
We will run our tests to ensure the box is working before returning it to you, where possible we will update the firmware, but sometimes this is not possible on boxes purchased not from us, as the factory who manufactured the box may be unknown.
What to do Next?
Call us on 0706 766 7070 or send a mail to [email protected]. We will ask for the Name, Brand of the TV Box, and demand that you send us the pictures of the box to our WhatsApp number (07067667070). This is for initial assessment purposes only.
After the initial assessment, we will ask you to post your TV Box to us, we only need the TV Box, Power Cable and TV Box Remote.
How Long Does It Take?
When we receive your TV Box out target is to return the box back to you by courier same day, it may not be always possible, but we will strive to have the turn around as quickly as possible.
If your TV Box cannot be repaired or updated, we will contact you to let you know, and then arrange to return the broken box back to you by courier.
How much do it Cost?
There are no fixed charges. After the initial assessment, we will notify of the charges before sending the box to us.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges both to and fro, whether we are able to fix your tv box or not.
